We assembled this Electro-Mechanical Assembly with a DC-DC converter, 115 VAC to 270 VDC rectifier, capacitor bank for voltage storage, multiple circuit cards, internal wire harnesses, filters AC power lines, DC power lines, and signal lines for system application. This unit required four separate MS27508 series connectors for input terminations and custom 500 pin connector for output termination. Measuring 12.00" x 12.00" x 16.00" and weighing 48 lb, the assembly has an operating temperature range of -55° to +105°C and a non-operating temperature range of -55° to +125°C. The chassis was constructed of machined and dip-brazed aluminum with a chemical conversion coating in accordance with MIL-DTL-5541, selective plating standard.
