Custom Manufactured Inductors & Coils
Captor offers build to print manufacturing and custom manufacturing of manual and automated inductors and coils. We provide custom designing to meet specific form, fit and function requirements and provide design, engineering, layout, manufacturing and assembly as well as testing, verification, consulting and R&D. Manufacturing a range of common inductors such as toroid inductors, common mode chokes, bobbin-wound inductors, tube-wound inductors, C-core inductors and air-core inductors in materials such as moly-perm alloy powder, nickel iron, silicone steel, ferrites and many others.
Wire sizes range from 4/0 to 40AWG with configuration, mounting and termination variations. Current is typically 0 to 1000 amps. Voltage ranges from 0 to 1000 VDC and 0 to 750 VAC with frequencies of DC to 400 Hz and available molded case packaging.
