Custom Manufactured Signal Line Filters
Captor offers build to print manufacturing and custom manufacturing of signal line filters that offer line-to-line impedance and line-to-ground impedance for telephone, fire alarm, communications, control and data. Captor filters target electromagnetic, power, signal and tempest interference, and feature circuit, HEMP/EMP and transient voltage protection. Providing telephone line and signal line filters which are mostly DC, but also provide AC to meet customers’ requirements with low voltages (less than 5V) and low currents (less than 1A).
Data rates suit custom differential and common-mode requirements and the filters are designed and manufactured to comply with the relevant sections of MIL-PRF-15733, and are available with transient or EMP protection. Captor manufacturing processes include design, engineering, layout, assembly and testing as well as verification, consulting, prototyping and research and development.
Lead times of 2 to 3 weeks are typical on stock telephone and signal line filters, with 10 to 12 weeks for custom orders.
