Testing Capabilities
Testing at Captor is performed in accordance with customer requirements and other electrical and environmental tests to guarantee a compliant and reliable product. These tests are typically a combination of electrical, mechanical and environmental inspections.
We also offer Environmental Stress Screening and Qualification Testing. Environmental Stress Screening is performed on every production unit and can help identity any latent manufacturing defects. Qualification testing is performed on new product for proof of design. ESS and Qualification testing that can be performed within Captor’s facility includes but is not limited to: electrical ATP, vibration, shock, thermal cycling, thermal shock, altitude, humidity, hermetic seal and burn-in.
