President

Starting his Captor career in the early 80’s as an Engineering Co-op student, Scott worked side by side with several seasoned veterans in the industry, learning EMC. Upon graduation from the University of Dayton he was employed as a design and sales engineer, before moving into his current position as President. Scott continues to carry forward the company principles of outstanding customer service, delivering quality products on time and overall value in support of the warfighter.

Vice President of Manufacturing

Scott began his career in the aerospace industry in 1983, working for General Electric and then Hamilton Sundstrand. He joined the Captor team in 2003 and shortly thereafter assumed the role of Vice President of Manufacturing. Scott has a strong background in all aspects of the manufacturing process. He has a bachelor’s degree in physics and a master’s degree in engineering management.

Engineering and Sales Manager

Ryan joined the Captor Corporation team in 2002 after graduating from the University of Dayton with an Electrical Engineering degree. For over 20 years he has fulfilled many different roles including but not limited to design, project management, customer service and production/test support. Currently Ryan is the Engineering and Sales Manager, providing the exceptional customer service Captor customers have come to expect.

Neil Reigelsperger

Operations Manager

Neil currently serves as Operations Manager at Captor Corporation. After acquiring his Electrical Engineering Technology associate degree, he joined the company in 2009 as a test technician. Over the years he has ascended the ranks, demonstrating a steadfast dedication to achieving operational efficiency and ensuring the production of superior EMI filters and components.

Brian Monnin

Senior Design/Sales Engineer

Brian is a Senior Design/Sales Engineer and has been with Captor Corporation for 25 years. Brian has an Electrical Engineering Technology degree from DeVry University. He excels in working with his customers to provide the smallest filtering solution for their requirements. In his free time Brian enjoys water skiing, snow skiing, hiking, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Rafik joined the Captor Corporation engineering team in 2019 as Chief Engineer. He has 35 plus years’ experience providing EMI filter solutions for Power Lines, TEMPEST, EMP and HEMP serving the military, industrial, and commercial markets.

Justin Dorsten

Design/Sales Engineer

Justin graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He joined the Captor Corporation team in March 2023 after working three years for Wright-Patterson AFB as a contractor. Currently Justin is a Design and Sales Engineer, with a passion for electrical systems and the desire to learn from the Engineering Team’s years of experience. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, family, and friends. He also enjoys playing disc golf, snowboarding, hiking, and camping.

Chico graduated from Wright State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He joined the Captor Corporation team in September of 2024 and his previous work experience and excellence in academic endeavors brought him to us. He now continues his path tackling challenging efforts and solving problems. He enjoys his free time spending time with his wife, daughter, and son.

Lindsey graduated from Indiana University in 2005 with an accounting degree. After 15 years’ experience in Manufacturing, she joined the Captor Corporation team in 2019. Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family, camping, boating, attending sporting events, and reading.

Purchasing Manager

Brandon, our Purchasing Manager, joined the company in 2012 as a Production Control Specialist. With a deep understanding of production processes, he’s risen through the ranks to his current role. Brandon excels in negotiating contracts, building strong supplier relationships, and implementing cost-effective sourcing solutions, contributing directly to our company’s growth and profitability. Brandon’s dedication and leadership make him an invaluable asset to our team.

HR and Office Manager

Tonya joined the Captor team in 1996 as an electronic assembler. She later took on the role of administrative assistant in the sales department. Through continuing education at Edison State Community College and on-the-job training she has taken on the role of Captor’s office and HR manager.

Melissa Ross

Master Scheduler and Production Control Manager

Melissa is Captor’s Material Logistics Manager, Production Control Manager and Scheduler. She joined Captor in 2008 and has 25 years’ experience in Material Logistics. Melissa enjoys the fast pace and challenge of orchestrating schedules, optimizing resources, and creating a seamless flow for production, as well as adding additional support where needed. Outside of work Melissa enjoys camping and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Quality Assurance/Technical Support Manager

Kristian Beymer currently is the Quality Assurance/Technical Support Manager at Captor Corporation. He graduated in 2015 with an Electrical Engineering Technology degree from Sinclair Community College. As the Quality Assurance/Technical Support Manager his duties include supporting Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing, ensuring that Captor remains the most trusted name in EMI Filters. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, coaching baseball, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Andrea Nelson

Administrative Assistant

After nine years in Purchasing, Andrea was looking for a change. She joined the Captor Corporation team December 2022 as Administrative Assistant. She’s the first face you see when you visit our facility and the voice on the other end of the phone. As Administrative Assistant she wears many hats, from Order Entry to Change Orders to Answering Calls, plus all daily shipping and invoicing. When not at work she enjoys being with her husband, kids, and grandkids.
